New Machinery Increases Production at Devoran Metals
Our newest investment is in the patented Oscam Spiral 88 Rebar Bending Machine,
which can bend reinforced helicals from coil up to 16mm and bar up to 20mm in
diameter. The bender utilises an exclusive hydraulic release which doubles the
speed of production.

This new investment will dramatically increase production
on prefabricated pile cages as it cuts out the need for bending individual
circles, which can be very labour intensive. It will, as a result,
significantly reduce the lead time from initial order to delivery on site.
